    Mumba Bra Review – An Innovative New Nursing Bra

    Mumba Bra very kindly sent me one of their nursing bras to review recently. As a breastfeeding mum, I’ve found nursing bras to be quite hit and miss. If they’re easy to use they don’t fit well or give you  much shape, if they fit nicely then they aren’t easy to feed in etc. The Mumba Bra does both well and it even has some extra, innovative features that really make a difference!     CMPA Update: First Appointment with the Paediatrician

    I’ve talked before about Theo’s CMPA and food intolerances and have previously posted  about it in these posts: CMPA and breastfeeding story and also my dairy free favourites for a CMPA diet. I’m currently cutting out the following from my diet: Dairy Soya Wheat Eggs Beef Theo also has reflux and has been on Ranitidine for a couple of months. He’s now on the maximum dose for his weight but it’s starting to wear off again… he’s getting the hiccups frequently and being sick about a tablespoon’s worth after each feed.     When Theo was six weeks old the doctor suggested that he might have an intolerance to milk or a cow’s milk protein allergy (CMPA). He’s exclusively breastfed so that meant it was the milk in my diet that was causing him problems.
